By enrolling in the Ledena Cohort, you agree to the following terms.
Program Overview
The Ledena Cohort by Kandula International helps entrepreneurs, small business owners, and nonprofit leaders strengthen and scale their organizations through workshops, mentorship, and access to AI tools.
Program details, schedules, and content may change as needed to ensure quality and relevance.
Enrollment & Eligibility
- Must be 18 or older to participate.
- Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received directly from you or from an approved partner organization and a confirmation email is sent by Kandula International.
- By enrolling, you agree to follow all program guidelines and community standards.
- If your participation is sponsored or funded by a partner organization, you are still bound by these Terms & Conditions as the enrolled participant.
- Should a sponsoring organization withdraw or fail to complete payment, Kandula International reserves the right to pause or cancel your participation until payment is resolved.
Partner-Sponsored Participants
If your enrollment is funded by a partner organization, you authorize Kandula International to share limited information about your participation and progress with that sponsoring entity.
This may include:
- Confirmation of enrollment and attendance;
- Completion status and certification verification;
- General performance summaries and engagement updates (no sensitive business data).
All shared data will be handled in accordance with Kandula International’s Privacy Policy and used solely for reporting, accountability, and program improvement.
Payments & Refunds
- Full payment (or first installment if on a plan) is required before the cohort begins.
- All payments are non-refundable, unless Kandula International cancels the program.
- Refunds are not issued for missed sessions or incomplete participation.
Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, and tools are owned by Kandula International.
You may use them for your own business or personal growth but may not share, copy, or resell them.
Confidentiality
Participants may share business ideas or plans during the program. Everyone agrees to keep this information private.
Kandula International protects participant data per our Privacy Policy and never sells personal information.
Conduct & Participation
We’re committed to creating a supportive, respectful environment.
Disruptive, discriminatory, or unprofessional behavior may result in removal without refund.
Certificates & Recognition
Participants who complete all requirements will receive a Certificate of Completion embossed with the Kandula International seal.
Certificates recognize completion and excellence but do not guarantee funding, employment, or licensing.
Disclaimer
The Ledena Cohort is an educational and development program. Results depend on individual effort and application.
Kandula International does not guarantee specific business or financial outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
Kandula International is not responsible for any loss or damages related to participation.
Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the program.
Media Release
By participating, you consent to Kandula International’s use of your image, likeness, and testimonials for marketing and promotional purposes.
If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing before the program begins.
Program Changes or Cancellation
Kandula International may reschedule, modify, or cancel sessions as needed.
If the entire program is canceled, a full refund will be issued.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Hillsborough County.
All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by United States law.
